decided to try on my suit and look for any problems and boy it takes some
time to get it all on. my knees are giving me some problems and i have to move the shin tool pockets down. i did this at 2am! i will try it on again and add the JP later today. the headsock is to keep my beard from sticking out the bottom of the helmet.

Looking good - Boba's an impressive outfit.

I stitched velcro on to the knees of my flightsuit - I found the knees fell down otherwise, when trooping. Others have used poppers.

Looks great, though your chest armor plates need to be closer together AND your vest shortened.

quoted for the exact same thoughts. it looks good, just tighten up the chest plates and take a couple inches off the bottom of the vest.

did i mention that i made the vest and flightsuit? my mother was a semstress for a living for 50 years and taught me to sew when i was a kid, man that was a long time ago!
i'm really stoked about the results of this project so far i've lost 23lbs exercising to slim down cause i'm already only 5' 8" so i didnt want to look like a fatso. made the spats and pouches too. thanks for the props and critique. i will adress the issues

You are definately on the right track with your costume, fix what's been mentioned and you'll be looking really good. Also great job on the 23lbs! Keep up the good work on both!

oh, and one more thing, your flight suit looks a little too clean. in that pic it looks like it still has the new fabric sheen. go play in the dirt with your kids. yay dirt!

Looking good! Yeah, It takes time getting use to putting on the outfit. I always asked my GF to help me in most events I participate. It's not really a one man/woman job putting it on. You should always have a handler with you just in case. :)
