For setup, would we have to be there a day sooner or something?

We should get a signup sheet so we can have people sign up for the hours that they would like to work.

Maybe a list of stuff that people have (that they are willing to bring) so we can put it up on display.

We'll need a full size Slave 1 and HIC! :-D
Scott sad he'd work on getting with Art on this....once we find out more I will let you all know for sure and continue to update the list as more people volunteer....Im sure theres a few people I know who will be in town early that can help set up. I plan to take the entire week off to go down early and Disney my brains out...and set up whatever I need to with this and the 501st. Since Im semi (5 hours away) local I'll be driving. But more then likely staying off site at disney cause its way cheaper for me to stay there.

Should the schedule wait until after more info comes out from Celebration? It'd be a bummer to schedule yourself in, and that that 'one' panel you want to see is at the same time as your shift.

The schedule will wait till we know more about having a booth or not... right now there is no booth because of C7 and lack of interest there.

Wouldn't it make more sense to have a RPF/TDH booth? I mean we could have more of a range of props, volunteers, and guarantee enough interest to have a booth?

Also be cool to have a patch or pin like some other collecting communities have in past celebrations!

Here to help! It's a Star Wars convention not just Boba Fett!

How cool would two smaller patches (One TDH other RPF) be when lined up make one bigger patch?! I love stuff like that!

RPF/TDH? There would be too many costumes. I like the idea of a drab green/red / kill stripe colored booth that has nothing but Fett props - all found parts we couldn't bring, different helmets, big ass poster of the lineage of the 6 original helmets, etc...

I like that idea as well but I think practically we might run into the same issues...not enough people/interest. Having duel TDH/RPF might solve that issue to guarantee enough interest/support.

I'm willing to bring my entire Fett display to the booth as I live in Orlando now.

I have NO idea if it's doable or not, but it would be cool to have a Han in Carbonite display for photo ops with an oval cut out in the face so guests could pop there face through. We could have TDH members in costume take shifts standing beside it for photos with guests. Could be fun.

I have a four-day pass as well and would be more than happy to man the booth or Fett up ESB style for a few hours. Will there be beer? There's gotta be beer. Right?

i'll ask mike if he's got any B pulls after this run. would just need to paint it up and assemble a box for it but totally doable i'm sure. plus he's already there in FL.

I could set up a Station where I do poly resin fiberglass helmets and stink up the place and have people passing out from the fumes.

Or or or... I will have a helmet that someone could win in our TDH raffle.

i seriously think that at least a painting seminar/workshop showcasing the level of difficulty and skill required. hell between you and F4R you could easily do a "From helmet to boot spike, completing a screen accurate Boba Fett with Eric and Dom!"

A seminar on layered vs. topical.

Im far from a professional like Jedi, F4R, Major, DVH and everyone but I still love to talk Fett!

i'd totally wait in line for that. costuming is growing exponentially year over year. i'm sure that would draw quite a crowd!
