Spacebob's (is it still good form to introduce one's self?) grand introduction.

Hello various assorted members of this oft celebrated resource repository.

My board name is as you can see Spacebob, my human name is Clark (unusual name for a British dude I know)

I've been lurking around in the background for the last 3 or so years of my 41 on the planet and joined about a year ago with all the best intentions of showing my various projects and contributing in a more positive way only to find out that i am essentially as socially retarded in the virtual world of the interweb as I am in real life.

After reading a thread where board members discussed the relevance of introducing one' self the general consensus was mixed so I thought that i would steer clear of the boring stuff like posting pics of me at work or with my daughter and get straight into a subject.
I do believe it is polite to make introductions especially in this climate at the moment with everyone on the planet ready to blow each other up over any old thing, i even have read quite allot of extremely viscous toned posts and i'm here to try and convince those of you that are not keeping you hands and feet to yourselves, Its nice to be nice. That's all.

I'm not normally this pious but I'm quite hungover and I didn't want my first post to be boring.

I also just tried to post a photo of one of my buckets to see if it i got it right.
Live long and prosper (only joking)

Hi again.
seeing as that seemed to work I thought i'd try and post a couple more pics.
This is my own trooper crossover design, lots of car filler on a really useless and warped ep 3 clone i got off of ebay.

my arc trooper sculpted on top of the same warped ep 3

and my commander wolffe made from a heavily reworked ep 2 clone

(i tried to link to flickr but it wont work for me?)

Ah thank the maker,
first contact.
thanks Mullreel and dlzx9r.
I have a few more buckets and droids, all good practice on the way to building my fett costume.
can anyone tell me why my photo links aren't working, i'm trying to paste a direct link to flickr rather than having attachments as i want the pics bigger ? any help here would be great.

Hey SB1 You know im not familiar w/ flicker but...photobucket seems to work for me AND, I am not computer savey at all:) However, there are other members on here that use flicker if youd rather go that route.

Thanks rafal, the r2 is a scratch built piece.
I'm currently scratch building a battle droid that I was thinking of posting as a project, what do you think guys?

That's funny fettistics because if you google image search "cardboard stormtrooper", the second image (at the moment) is me. Squaresuit indeed.
