Something I really wanna look into

So I've been browsing the internet for months now, and have come up with pretty much nothing. The most I've gotten are cardboard cutouts of this. I've been looking for a good Samus costume. I've been looking all round and I figured I'd find something here. I've seen other various costumes that aren't star wars related here, such as TMP Iron Man, etc.

Can someone help me out, or point me in the right direction?

No, but my sister does. Rather, my sister is the one who is asking me to help her find this suit.

There's a guy on here that will make custom pepakura (sp?) for a price. I've never worked with it before, but from what I understand you print it out, fold it, cut it, then you can fiberglass it or what ever other means you choose to reinforce it, then you can either use that for your costume or you can mold it.

My girlfriend is dying to sculpt some Samus armor for herself. She'll probably sculpt outta clay and cast it from there.

Would love to see a good Samus, but I would think a real life version would restrict movement to the point of being almost intolerable.

I can definitely imagine the full armor to be incredibly awkward to move in. And the huge shoulder bells would be difficult to get situated right, I think.
The helmet tho, would be sweet if somebody sculpted and cast it. (hint hint Jarvis!)

It would be quite a task, but I think it could be made somewhat practical to wear. Like Lastson said, check with Skip.
