    I think you could wear anything under the RG robes. They're just so flow-y.

    they also have these ice gel pack things you can wear to keep cool. not sure where i saved the link...

    I am not sure if it surculates air I never ordered one

    I think you may be talking about cold compresses, the kinds in med kits, correct me if I am wrong

    You can find a personal air cooler that is warn on the neck at Sharper Image.

    maybe... the vader in my garrison posted it once before said it worked great. i thought i saved it but i guess not. im sure with enough time and effort it could be found.

    They are a vet, we had them at my last fire dept. You can buy them at HVAC places as well.

    I tried one of those gel things in my bullet resistant vest at work during the summer, it stayed cool about 40 minutes. I gave it back.
