Sideshow Life-Size Fett

I hope to be shocked. I'm the first to admit when I'm wrong,I just wish ss wouldn't release photos until the work us done. Look what they did with the boba fett bust, they release pictures with the pinched visor then produce it with the proper corrections. That's one good thing shout the company, they sometimes listen to criticism. I hope this folk size fett looks awesome although I won't be able to afford one either way.

Im sure that will come eventually...I know these guys are busy with the Con but I'll txt TX Fett and see if they can divulge any info yet.

Nice job guys. Alex I love the paintwork on the helmet! Waiting for better pictures of the whole display.

Thanks Keegan..... And as fett for real said, there were a number of people involved from TDH. Tom Spina Designs headed the project. But yes thats a good ole' Spideyfett paint job, and a Darthmiller assembly.

Thanks to everyone involved. :cheers

Hey guys,

Glad folks are liking this one! A little more detailed breakdown of the credits...

Chris Jones created the body and armor. Rich Krusell created the boots (and wore them while Brian Lewis and I molded his feet!). Brian, Mike Thomas, Patrick Louie, Melissa Dooley and myself refined the parts for production and created some of the accessories, the scalps, cape, etc. Mike Mason provided masters for the blasters. Christian Hill provided the jetpack. Tony Turner and Kitty Hebert tackled the soft goods and belts. Richard Riley was our inspiration for the base design. Alex Alva, Jason Miller and the "New Wookiee Workshop" did the final assembly and paint... and Art was a huge help in the reference department.

And of course all of this was with input from LFL and the incredible design team at Sideshow Collectibles.

Art will soon be posting up a news item with a little more info (and hopefully more pics from the floor!). This was a tremendous effort involving quite a number of people and I couldn't be more proud of the first proto which is now on display SDCC!

Thanks again to all involved!

best,
Tom

having seen ya'lls work in person I know that any picture that is posted will not do that Fett justice.

Alex, you are the reason I am afraid to start painting on my Boba helmet.......after seeing your work in person I am still intimidated at the thought of starting...lol
