Shipping a Full TK

Hello, everyone!

I just wanted to ask how everyone goes about shipping a full TK suit within the US. I need to ship one but I honestly don't know if it's best to put all in one huge box or just split it up into different priority mail boxes or what's best. The suit has already been put together and not in raw, untrimmed form. I know I can stack the armor inside itself with certain pieces but even then, I'll need a fairly big box and that's what I'm concerned about. What's the cheapest (but still safe) way to ship this? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

i'd still pack it in 1 box to make sure it all gets where it's going just use bubble wrap or peanuts and look into a flat shipping rate using multiple boxes may not guarantee it all gets there just my opinion

A few months ago I received a completely assembled stormtrooper suit from TM.
He is a very experienced producer and I`ve received everything packed in 1 box - take a look at it yourself:



Just for detail: Boots, Blaster as well as the other soft parts were not included.

So it is possible to pack it quite space-saving in 1 box but of course you`ve got to make sure to protect the different parts very well to minimize the danger of being damaged.
