Ruffkintoy, still around?

Hey guys, I know I keep posting buyer threads, I'm not a noobie I have been trying to conduct research on my own, but does ruffkintoy still make gauntlets? it seems he has disappeared from a few communites

He was actually the first person here I wanted to buy from, when i first started, but I remember reading about a few people who never got their stuff from him and I think he's been gone since. I'm sure somebody knows him on these boards though and may be able to get you a definite answer.

I've heard a lot of complaints lately about Ruffkin not delivering orders and having bad communication and wait times. I'd stay away to avoid the heartache.

RKD is your guy for sure. they can be trimmed down a little to be tighter on your arms if need be, but at 5' 10" i think the length will be fine. I had them briefly and im 5'8" and they seemed proportionate. Not much bigger than my MOW's. Since your a little bigger than me, i think they'd be perfect. Plus he's awesome to deal with. Great communication and fast shipping.

i don't think anyone does just the flame thrower for esb these days. a few years ago someone (serenity i think) was producing them from machined aluminum. but he's out of the machining business any more, so i really don't know where to get that.

I'm going to be ordering some RKD armor in the next couple months. However, I'm doing an ESB build. I heard that his gauntlets are ROTJ version only. Can anyone confirm this? Can they be easily modified to ESB?
I've been looking at MOW's ebay store, but he only has flight suits and size 10 boots posted. Can you still order other pieces from him (eg. jetpack, ESB gauntlets)?

try contacting him via pm, i'm pretty sure MoW is still making ESB gauntlets. and it is true, RKD only makes ROTJ gauntlet kits, though if you got an ESB flame thrower, you could make them ESB

he is still around, i actually got a orde 1 month ago from him. He takes a long time to get the stuff done but has deliver for me in the past.
