Hey all,
AVPR was on the other night and I mentioned to my wife that I'd love to do a Predator costume. To which she surprisingly replied... "I'd love to see you do one." What I was wondering is, where to get the "goods." My biggest issue would be size as far as the latex skin. It'll have to be able to fit up to a 52" chest. Any suggestions?

Great tutorials on general prop making and they have a for sale section like we do here. If you're looking to buy straight up, I know I paid $2k for a custom pred from DB over there, so thats probably the ballpark you're looking to spend.
As far as fitting a larger chest, theres some really creative things people have done. Some guys put on scuba suits, and essentially paint the latex onto the scuba suit. Of course you have to keep it on until you get the thickness where you want it and allow it to dry. That's probably a more affordable way to go depending on your pocketbook.

Far i as i know that ruffkin aka Chuck does the skins and such over at the hunterslair.com but becarefull with him ,thats if u dont mind waiting months, maybe years for your stuff from him !!! :doh
