I downloaded a Free shareware program called "GIMP" and with the help of Joelight I did this. Dont laugh! LOL! I think I did a good job but I'm not quitting my day job.
Again thanks alot Joelight for all the advice and help. I think it needs a shadow.

Looks sweet!
Hope you don't take this the wrong way but some constructive criticisms. On the layer of you, bring up the blue some to help match the background some. It will help the illusion. Maybe even take the red down some, not a lot.
And I found this tutorial that I think would really make this pic awesome.

I barely got it on the background. Bring up the blues? I have no idea how to do that? Hey joelight we need to talk again. Maybe I can figure out how to do that.

when you are using 2 different sources with different resolutions, try to use the effects and brushes to make the sources match before you cut/paste. I haven't used Gimp much since I own Photoshop, but a good way to check to see if the contrast matches, is to desaturate both layers and see if they match. Once the contrast is ok, fixing the film grain would be next on my list. Then color, but the first thing you should do is make sure the shadows are all pointing in the same direction.

Nice work there!(y)(y)
