    I have it. I'm not looking to get rid of it, but I can say that it is a good work out. The hardest part is the Yoga :/

    its a good workout, no secrets just a good combo of push ups, and pull ups

    I got to where I really enjoyed the yoga

    Mullreel is right. Push and pull. But there are a lot of interesting moves too.

    The Yoga is definitely a P.I.A. lol but it is a good overall combo workout

    I haven't been able to make it through more than 25 min of the yoga workout before I get to freaking bored with it to continue!
