Ork Armor! WAAAAGH!!!

hey guys, i havent been on in a while because of college and all that fun junk, anyway, with the release of warhammer online hot on our heels, i wanted to make an ork costume, and now world of warcraft is about to publish some masks fer pretty cheap so it may be a reachable goal! but, i need help with the armor. here is a pic of the armor i want it to mostly look like, any tips whatsoever would help vury much, thanks much!

I guess the real question is, do you have the physique for that costume?

well i am a little fat...but for the most part i could just pad it easily, im just wondering how to make the helmet, plate armor, etc. i was thinking of getting a sheet of plastic for the plates, but i dunno where to buy nun...anyone have links for sites that sell big flat sheets of plastic? that would help alooooot lol

PS. it doesnt have to have horns, but that would be nice...i was thinking about getting some cheapo halloween masks with horns and just cutting them out, or perhaps a liquid latex slush? who knows...but i want this to be light so mostly plastic...even though metal would be cool lol! this doesnt have to look EXACTLY like the pic, its just a referance...this costume is for upcoming halloween, comicon (plano tx), and for LARPs.

also, i can make chainmail, so dont bother linking me to a chain making site for the shoulders.

I would say Sintra, some places call it PVC board, you can sometimes get it from local sign companies.

now that im thinking about it, i need help with the eyes too, i want to have red glowing eyes, but i have no idea how to go about doing that...any suggestions?
