hey guys, quick question...i know i have seen a website that lists all the parts that were used on different costumes and their part numbers...they are listed in column form, like a spreadsheet, and was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction with a link...thanks! :)

That is lonepigeon/Chris Trevas' site. He is a member here and visits from time to time. His website is a little dated, but is still an amazing resource!
From what i understand ,Chris is currently updated his site
It is a slow process though.
