Great idea Phil! Using this thread for reference, I counted fourteen current or former police officers. From the sounds of it, we have quite a few future cops in our midst as well.

I am a Geek. "Head Geek" as named by my friends and co-workers. That is I help people not to fear their PC and make the network run workout problems. (Also looking for job in Indy, thanks Author Anderson.) I also put a PC in my car. I think I need a 12 step program or something cheaper to do. So, I bought my wife Stormtrooper Armor for Christmas and I am slowly building Jango.

Unemployed, unfortunately...Wow, there are a lot of cops and military, aren't there? I wanted to be a cop for years. What I was before I quit was a Recovery specialist for a credit card company. If you ever went bankrupt or to a collection agency, or didn't like how we were reporting on your credit bureau, I would be the bank representative you'd call up to yell at. Everybody thinks we have no heart, but getting yelled at and called dirty names several times daily destroyed my health so I quit. So I guess I wouldn't have made a very good cop, either, eh? Luckily, though, I have a 2nd interview (for a new job) scheduled for tomorrow. I made the first cut!! Woohoooo!!!! More money means more Fett stuff!!!

12/31: I'm sure you'll all be happy to know that NOW I'm employed!!! I'm a customer service rep for a cell phone wholesaler. Yaaaaaayyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!
