    MB jet pack 300
    rufkin gauntlets 100
    girth 20
    BM knees 70
    TK-409 neck 40
    TK-409 cape 30

I would say over 2000 for sure. I have gone through 3 jumpsuits, 2 vests, 2 neck seals, 3 helmets, 2 sets of gauntlets (one hasnt arrived yet i am counting it anyway) 3 girth belts (newest one is perfect thanks Eddie), 2 ammo belts, 3 capes, 2 sets of knees, only one jet pack (yea MLC). The only thing I got for free was a set of shin tools.

I think we have spent about $1600 so far on our Jango but we sold the upgraded parts to make back about $250. Its not assembled to fit yet but we have mostly all the parts.

Zam Ive only spent about $50 on so far because i have nothing much lol

Princess Leia cost me around $300

With my other costumes too - Black Cat cost me about $450 because the catsuit was latex - wish i had bought lycra now Lara Croft set me back about $450 so far i would think im always getting bits for that. Im still working on lots more costumes inc. Aayla Secura, Judge Anderson, Poison Ivy etc etc LOL

Well, since I actually got my armor for free, thx to Dr. No for letting me use his plastic, other than time, I think I've put about $30. Mostly for my under suit, but soon i will be getting a helmet, then I'm hoping to metal work custom armor, so it'll be up there soon.

  24. Apr 16, 2005, 9:58 PM - Re: *Official*how much has your costume cost you besides time... #124

Ok...my total is about $2000. That's including one set of sintra non-movie painted armor and fiberglass helmet and one set of movie accurate fiberglass armor and MS2 helmet(both on order but not received yet) and most soft parts from skygunbros, boots from CA, gauntlets and ammo belt from Ruffkin, and blaster from the cargo hold. Not to mention all the little trips to hardware & hobby shops. I could have shaved a about $300 off my total had I known about this forum before I ordered the sintra armor and my first fiber helmet(I dont like either, that's why they'er non-movie painted). Oh... and this does include a jet pack from the cargo hold as well.

I just did an Excel spreadsheet (yes, I am an engineer geek in addition to being a Star Wars geek) and I was shocked to learn that I have spent over $560 so far on this obsession...er, hobby...of Fett costuming. And I don't even have any of the major parts yet, like oh, armor, a helmet, a jumpsuit...

Folks, if you are reading this and contempating starting a Fett costume--beware! It is as expensive as it is addicting! I think most folks will agree that the Fett costume is possibly THE most expensive Star Wars costume to replicate, and the cost goes up exponentially the more accuracy you desire.
