That must have been a rush! I have seen the Shangri-La, Ol' Crow, and Grim Reaper up close, but never had a chance to hop in. I am actually building a 1/5th scale RC Mustang after the Reaper. Should be done soooooon!

He he, It's always fun. I'm around three P-51 Mustang (among 100+ other warbirds ranging from WW1-Modern Day) several times a week at the Planes of Fame Museum. 'Spam Can' (or as I call her, 'Spammy' He he) is one of the many aircraft I've been all over. What was really cool was getting to walk on top of our B-17G one day to photograph the top (doing an extensive documentation pre-restoration).

Another one from 2004 (one of my favs)... had the active US Marine F/A-18D Hornet all the myself that day
