non starwars but proud of my daughter

I think my 10 year old daughter could follow in the footsteps of her 'old man' as an Engineer. This is her homework for school. She decided to build a bridge and 'Daddy' showed her how to build a suspension bridge

    I am soooooooo proud

Wow Ronin! She is light year ahead of her time at that age. She will be a chip off the 'ole block. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you very much guys. My daughter has read these comments and is smiling from ear to ear

we have just added some extra cables to it to redistribute the loading (this is better than some of the projects i have designed )

Agreed, the detail of the water flowing around the rock....pretty darn cool detailing for her age! Very nice!

Tell everyone the truth.. you don't have any children and you've spent the last 6 months working on this project...

You should be very happy and proud indeed Jon
