New Practice Painting..."Jawas"

Here's a speed painting I did this morning, about 1.5 hours.

That only took 1.5 hours? I would be working on that for 1.5 weeks and couldn't make it look that good. Very impressive.

If I could do that, I wouldn't be in Detroit.

looks good. i saw some of your other work on your site , nice stuff ,sir! why are you not doing comics?? have you every submited some stuff to some comic companies? i think dark horse has the rights to do star wars comics.

Thanks alot buddy, appreciate that! I have done tons of comic work (I am a pro comic colorist) I am about to get a package together to submit to Lucasfilm and Dark Horse. I have a brand new painting that I will release on the boards sometime next week. (Probably my best work to date) Thanks alot man!

that looks great!!! I love digital art!! one thing though.. is there something you can do with the barrel of the blaster? It almost looks like a small planet. I have to concentrate to see the gun, almost like those 3-d hidden images. TRIVIA QUESTION- "oooohh a scooner!!" -what movie is that from???
