Yeah this is something I've been waiting for forever too. G.I. Joe was always my favourite cartoon growing up and just to prove how much of a geek I still am, whenever anyone gets a little too serious or heavy handed explaining something to someone I always pipe in with "And now you know...." ( and yes I realise that's not the proper quote )

Snake Mouth is kinda cool (aside from my obvious wardrobe issue....) and you can tell Ray Park will make him incredible physically. But, let's just hope having a Wayans in the film doesn't mean the humor is all on the level of Scary Movie or White Chicks. And having a kid who looks like he'd get carded trying to get a drink playing Duke is just dumb.
Another of my childhood faves down the metphorical toilet. Can't wait until they green light Voltron and Battle of the Planets. Then they can stop pillaging what were once my favorites as a kid and start remaking all the 80's movies I grew up with. Maybe "The Breakfast Club" with Zac Efron and Miley Cyrus!

Well,.. snake eyes and baroness look great. Quaid is always solid. I dunno about the rest. Im hopin for a pleasant surprise,.. but I doubt it. looks like a CGI showcase and not what the fans want. we'll see.

I think that if they go in right now, and finish up in a Post Production scenario, fix the sculpted mouth on Snake Eyes...this movie could be a hit....if htey dont...Marlon Wayans will take it down in flames...
I'm excited either way. I've already seen franchises ruined before by bad movies, so if that's the way GIJOE turns out whatever, but judging by what I felt transformers was going to be I still have hope GIJOE could be entertaining
As long as they don't rebrand it to "Action Force" here in the UK like they did the toy line... ahhh, that brought on a few childhood memories!
