'New' Boba Fett images and facts found on my many Internet travels.

Amazing work! Also great shot of the snow commander. I have a friend building one right now that will love seeing that.

Thank you for the great info.

It's always a great feeling when sharing something new with the community, especially that I feel the same excitement of newly re-surfaced images and informations (although these are not necessarily new images, but never shared by others from lack of time or other motives). Thanks for the kind words!

Great work Raf. You are the gift that keeps on giving!

Thanks! It sometimes happens to be in the right place and in the right time...

According to the ESB cast and crew list, there were only 3 sculptors (modellers) hired to work in the preproduction of the movie (source ==> Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back (1980) - Full Cast & Crew):

From the Star Wars - The Blueprints book (quote taken from the first post of this thread):

It says the outfit complete with backpack and helmet range finder, so I guess it was sculpted (at least partially?) by Jan Stevens with the aid of Brian Archer. It is possible that the jetpack was build (with clay) around the main tube and the side tanks and possible other scratch made parts.

Another awesome thread Raf,

I actually know someone on that list who worked in the Art Department for both Episode IV & V. He and his wife own a home near me and I usually see him around the holidays (when he is not shooting another movie). If you have any specific questions you would like me to ask him, just PM me a list and I will see hwat he remembers. He has some great stories and photo's from back then.

If he has pics of fett then that would be great. Anything that can help focus the 501st ESB CRL would be awesome.

That's great! I will think on some Fett questions and PM you tomorrow.
