All the damage is real (of course)
The stripes are all painted without stencils,
Just used Plain ol' masking tape
The aerators screens are also painted

Would you mind a few questions?
What did you use for the "dirt" in the red areas? If it's an acrylic how did you seal it? I am using acrylics and powders for the weathering on mine and am worries about melting them when I try to seal it all in.
BTW - Did you scratch up the visor? I have always had a little problem with incredibly weathered helmets that have perfectly clean visors. I understand it from the point of view that you have to see out of them, just seems incongruous. It looks like your visor has some light scratching...
Any tips for weathering around the aerators?
