My cardboard armor

I'm working on a Boba Fett costume for a church film. I have most of armor cut out (using wizardoflight's awesome templates) Though I don't think I have enough time to make the jet pack :facepalm I'm not trying to make it 501st grade, but I'm putting in as much detail as I can (so that it doesn't look like poodoo) with my available supplies and time. I'll post some pics tomorrow.

If someone could help a me bit, I need to know where to get a cheap visor, dome, and base for the gauntlets. I'm in a little town in southern Arkansas, and I don't have much money.

the visor you can buy at a hardware store, i bought mine at harbor freight. they have a website : harborfrieght.com and its a darkened safety face shield. i know mine ran $8. a dome you can go to your local dollar store and pick up a plastic bowl and then cut it so it fits the desired diameter. and for the gaunlets buy some 2"-3" (depends on your arm width) sewage pvc pipe. you can buy this decently cheap. i have so many ideas and not enough money. lol but anymore or specific questions on making a cheapo's boba give me a holla.

I looked up Harbor Freight and all the stores are several hours away. Though if I ever go by Little Rock I'll pick up a few face shields for future projects.
But there is a Dollar Store right down the street 8)

I wanted to spray paint some of the armor, but it was too windy today.

Today I shaped the collar peice and made the chest and shoulder emblems, and I'm about to trim the cod peice.

Primed and painted the collar, chest plates, and belly plate today. Going to start on damage and cutting out the knees tomorrow if I have time (gotta bake cookiees for German class)

looks good so far bro.lol...You could leave it as is and make yourself some advertising cash.lololol
I think you would make everyone hungry in the process.

There was "Star Wars" themed band here in Atlanta called "Grand Moff Tarkin" They played heavey music and the lead singer was Darth Vader who had a michrophone attached inside his bucket when he sang. The keyboard & guitar player however was Boba Fett. When I came closer to see Boba Fett on stage, I realized he had armor made of cardboard along with his jett pack! This band alway packed a house or sold out any venue. I wish they were still around though.

That's freakin' awesome
I'm from Macon, which is about 2-3 hours away from Atlanta. Even if they were still around I doubt I could convince my dad to take me

Finishing the damage on the belly plate right now.
I repainted the chest and collar today. Some places on the breast plates didn't set very well. I'm going to try and make it look like it was caused by acid or whatever.
