So I really do not have the money to make my own armor but one of my hobbies is making 3D stuff! I am not making plans for a costume but am making a 3D model and thought I could keep you all up to date on my progress! Here is a quick pic.!

3D Studio Max (3DS Max for short). It is expensive but I hear that you can get it free if you are a student. This is something I really enjoy so it was worth the money to me. I also use a free program called Google Sketchup for assembling different parts of my model, but you cant animate at all and texturing is a challenge. I used both to make this.
