Well... Since this is MR we are talking about...

It could be either! :lol:

ya, and really winter goes until march or so.... :lol:.....so they can take there sweet time.

next you will see srping of 09" up there :lol: :lol: :lol:

i can't imagine why anyone is surprised by MR ship dates slipping... have they ever released a bucket on time? or right on the first try?

i really appreciate what they try to do, but the seem to fall flat the first few times they do anything.

:lol:lol::lol:GOOD FREAKING NIGHT!!!:lol:lol::lol:

So Shipping is winter now?

Why am I not suprised, I better get my number helmet and plaque this time.

Well you know it will have to be by March since that is when their contract says that they have to have all of their Star Wars stuff out of there.

The contract means nothing if they were licensed for the product in the past. They have full right to sell of the remaining product and finish and sell all of those in production. They just can't make anymore than the original run.

That's not correct. Under the terms of their license with LFL, Master Replicas must stop manufacturing SW-licensed products after December 31, 2007, and they must stop shipping SW-licensed products after March 31, 2008.

Of course, resellers will still be selling already-shipped MR products after that, but any unshipped SW items in MR's inventory after 3/31/08 would probably be destroyed, or sold to the next SW licensee, depending on the terms of the contract.
