The Movie: Pirates of the Caribbean, 2003 (Ted Elliott and Terry Rossio, screenwriters; Gore Verbinski, dir.)
Who says it: Johnny Depp as legendary pirate Captain Jack Sparrow
The context: Sparrow blunders drunkenly into a society wedding.
(yes..I know...a little too much information) :P

No....Not Jaws.........fancy another go?....sorry I don't know yours...
I'm calling shenanigans on that one; I scratched my head over and over on it and came up with nothing. So I googled it and found nothing. Seems to me it's going to be something so very obscure nobody in any blogosphere has written about it whatsoever.
I even checked online copies of scripts for Hellraiser, The Untouchables, Exorcist II, and a few other films, all of which had composers with lifetime achievement awards, and nada.
I'm not saying your quote isn't in a movie, but I am saying it's in a movie so obscure that very few people would recognize that quote, including Google search. Sorry, dude. Maybe educate us as to this mystery film?
And as far as nicklambo's quote, and refuting it was Jaws:

Alright then, reboot... two from the same flick:
"There's always free cheese in a mouse trap."
and
"For the record I'll call myself Mr. Parker. My associate will be Mr. Longbaugh."
Highly underrated flick here, but hopefully some of you, besides me, will have seen it.
I have one for you
''I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. See, my mule don't like people laughing. He gets the crazy idea you're laughing at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it''
Hard?
Ruben
Very good Silver Fett!!! it is indeed from Orca! Its one of the most pivotal scenes in the movie when hes trying to come to grips with what he has done...I intentionally picked a quote you could not google...lol The composer was none other than Ennio Morricone. Some of the younger crowd might be going, who?? but he has 483 movies to his credit... WoW.

HaHa...Well done...I loved the fact that Richard Dreyfuss said it in that film while playing this very game......
Fight Club!
"No, actually she's out buying Pampers for all of us kids."
"Everything ends badly, or else it would never end."
I guess I'm shoved to the sidelines now... bahhhhh... :P
Milo & Otis.... What a horrible, horrible, movie... The whole thing was narrated like a video bookSilver Fett-My quote "All right, a dog, I understand, but deep down inside we're all cats, right?" This quote is from one of my favorite movies.![]()
From one of my favorites
"Hey, did you see th-the way he went SAILING right out there?"
Corby-It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World.....wow REALLY old one!!
How about this one....should be pretty easy...
"And make no mistake...here...you will face DEATH!.....Tiger......Jujitsu.....Panzer" Any takers???
BATMAN BEGINS.
Here is a star wars themed on for ya!!
Lando Calrissian was a black guy. You know. He got to fly the Millennium Falcon

SAXTER... YOU MIGHT WIN!!!I HAVE NO IDEA.. AND TRIED TO CHEAT(GOOGLE)
TO NO AVAIL...ANYONE ELSE?
![]()
So, you are saying either A, everyone has to accept defeat, or I give another quote from the same movie?![]()
Yeah dude...no idea. Maybe i've seen it...but i don't remember the line...
Anyone get this?
"I've got to cream some kind of love story into this thing man! Skanks, make up like fifty per cent of the audience... "
oh, saxter you should give us a clue...
A clue huh...
In the future, 50 years after the Nuclear Holocost, territorial disputes are settled by single combat.
Another quote from it "I can offer you, any reasonable amount"
Here is even another one...
Person 1 "You can live"
Person 2 "Yes, if I kill you"
Person 1 "WE COULD BOTH LIVE!"
This is really thin.. lol You went to the depths of movies. It is called Robot Jox
I guess Jackpot hits the...jackpot!
The question is, on the first quote alone, would you have figured it out? Also, I am kinda confused by your statement on being thin?
Robot Jox was made in 1990. Empire Pictures went bankrupt during the filming of this, its most expensive film ever. The film was bought by Epic Productions and finished and released nearly two full years after having been first started.
Still, I think it is a great movie.
Maybe thin was a bad choice of words..i just meant very obscure..i saw it once or twice, and no ..I wouldnt have gotten it without the clues..the one about 50 years in the future and single combat is what got it for me.
This is easy..but I love it.. lol
"When a man is pushed, killing is as easy as breathing"
It is Rambo. Great movie indeed!
Ok...
"You each have 2 heartbeats"
Don't tell me I stumped ya again!
Nope, not Dr Who...Dr.Who?
How about this one: "Wow... Home run."
I'll give ya another hint...
"You guys have eggs on your planet?"
I tried to cheat and google it.......but this thread was the only thing that came upOriginally Posted by Satxer

"What is that? A giant boogie board?"
"We are MTV scum!"
