    The base bike was $2,400. Then about $1,500 in new parts for a total of roughly $3,900

    Looks awesome as a bobber. I like the old school look. How do like the straight bars?

    Thanks, I actually really like the 36" drag bars, pretty comfortable!

    Do your controls hit the tank at all? That's what usually turns me off on the drags.

    Nope, not at all, in fact when the bars are fully turned I can still fit my fingers through the gap between the tank and controls!

    Very nice. I def think the V-star is the best jap bike to customize. I've seen guys do everthing with them from choppers to bobbers like yours.
