I am so getting one LOL. I wonder if there is a way to extend the belts to give you more ammo?? I would say take the tripod off add a tactical harness. Add some tubbing to a reactor pack on the back of the armor. You have your self a nice little mini gun LOL (of course painted up also..)

With the new pics, the pistol grip style handle looks like a good base for the Final Fantasy Deepeyes rifle. Just me...

Tim.I meant the one that Vasquez and that big *** guy had mounted to their tactical armour, a good reference is when they are doing weapons drills in the APC on the drop ship, awaiting deployment.
But yeah it does look like the Sentry Guns as well...
I also took a close look at the extra pics from the link, and it looks like the belt could be modified to attach a second (or more) belt systems...
Reckon this could make a good Dash Rendar Assault Rifle, like the Kenner SotE Figure, after removing the ammo pouch and adding a shoulder rig?

Guess you're right there, mount the Nerf Vulcan on to some sort of Steadicam style mount and you'd have a workable Smart Gun style system for sure.

Matt, I know of the Smartgun you speak off, but IMHO, the NERF Vulcan doesn't at all look like the MG42, which was the base MG used in the construction of the Smartgun. 8)
Then again, anything is possible with PVC pipes right?

A friend of mine recently found one of these at Target and grabbed it... it's a nice little goody
