Hi guys,

Well I just received a PM from a guy on a local forum, He is some how connected to the Comic con that is happening here in my city Oct. 11-12.

Well he asked if I was done my costume and if I'd be interested in appearing with Jeremy during media appearances, what that means, I don't know..:confused
He states they will pay me for it.

I'm almost finished the suit.. my FPH is on hold till Chris comes back.:cheers

So I'm painting my friends Sgt.Fang. I also have to finish my Vest(sew) plus attach my armor/fit it.
all in all it will be done....JUST in time. (I hope)

But now I'm feeling nerves kick in. I hate doing things half "bleep"
I just wanted to rant a bit cause, I've been procrastinating since i got my Corvette...lol. now its crunch time.:angry
I want to have at least one day to test fit... I hope its enough.

AND I still haven't decided if i'll do it... I don't want to rep the TDH and have a bad suit...:facepalm

Anyone have any advice for someone who is suiting up for the first time?
armor spacing and placement? basically I don't want to run into any mess ups this close...
Oh, I plan to attach the armor w/snaps, anyone with Exp. on this pls chime in...thx

Also does anyone have advice on how to stay in character!!
thx for looking.

hell yes do it. If not you'll kick yourself for the rest of your life. As far as spacing, it's pretty easy, photos help lots, that's how I got mine. Also when it's all done slap it all on, have your wife or a friend help, so you'll see right away any improvements that are needed, and when you do TAKE PHOTOS. Speaking personally, everytime I think I'm done, I take photos and almost every time I see something that I missed, that'll give you one test fitting, also the night before or the morning of, inspect everything for crackcs, loose straps etc...

thx guys... still undecided.
I'll post final pics the day before the con.

Also is there anything I should bring? duct tape..lol

all these yrs as a member and I'm nervous like a noob. all the knowledge out the window.

Go for it dude! Just check out the reference shots of Boba and you'll be fine! What a rare opportunity to be with the "Fett" man himself!

Of course you should do it. So stop posting and keep painting...:D And yes, bring the duct tape. If you want to get really fancy bring a hot glue gun.

You need to do this. Suit up, snap some pics, and post them. We will help you with any last minute adjustments, etc. that you need.

Hey guys,
Wow, I guess I should do it... once in a life time deal. :D
Okay, well I better kick it into overdrive.
