    Mando Runners

I was just wondering. How many of you enjoy running. I enjoy is quite a bit. And to tell you the truth most of my ideas for my suit come to me when I'm running. So yeah. I was just curious who else shares the same passion for running.

I work out every day and I run every other day for 20 minutes in the mornings. HIIT style.

    Yeah
I run on the cross country and track teams at my high school. So in a way I am "forced" to run, but I do find it very enjoyable.

I do an hour work out every day, and 3 of those days include a 2 mile run. Do it on a metal knee and it hurts like hell, but I enjoy the feeling of accomplishment I get out of it.

Thats what I mean when I say that I love it. Its not the running part, but after I get back I feel really good about my self. I also find that it wakes me up and keeps me going throughout the day. A lot of my friends will sleep till 11 or 12 during the summer, but I think that they are just wasting a day. So I get up around 8 and gon for a run and I am awake for the rest of the day
