main page of forum is FUBAR

I'm using Google Chrome on a 23.9" widescreen monitor. When I get to the main page of the forum the formatting is all over the place, and text is on lines it's not meant to be on. The rest of the forum works fine. When my gf is looking at this forum on her 4:3 aspect ratio monitor, also using chrome, it seems okay.
