Looking for a bored artist that can draw.

I am wanting a custom front license plate on my car, but I need someone who can draw and would be willing to draw something up in their spare time to do it for me. I', wanting a slave leia kinda laying down but propped up on an elbow, (kinda like how she was sitting on Jabba) done in WWII pin-up style with "Rebel Dreamin'" in a cool looking style abover her wherever it'd look good.
