We had a great event over the weekend in Lafayette, IN. The local symphony orchestra did a John Williams show. We had 501st and RL members from 3 states, including Bloodfin...my garrison! Thought I'd share a few pics with you guys.

Tell me more about the R2... Was it remote controlled or did somebody just have to push it around?
R2 was remote controlled and came on stage twice. The first time was to deliver the first piece of SW music (The Imperial March) to the conductor and the second time was during Leia's theme. Our Leia imitated art by acting out the scene where she loads the Death Star schematics into R2.
