Looks like the head, arms, and legs are static...where is the persons real head and arms?

are you sure? The head and arms look like they are in the exact same possition ever time. Also I think his feet are down in the "fire" and the legs are fake...like some of the person riding a horse type costumes where the persons feet are the horses legs and the legs of the person on the horse are fake....I could be wrong...and I can't see the pics at work :facepalm

The caption on the site this came from says it all. "This sweet Halloween costume was sent in to us. His feet are hidden in the flames, and he's wearing rollerblades."

Yeah, I thought the feet were in the flames...never even thought about rollerblades, guess that makes it look more like flying than walking.

Well I was wrong about the legs... but if you look at the right arm in each pic they are in different positions, also how would he eat, drink at a party without the use of his arms.

Very creative and unique costume idea. Now maybe a little fake smoke, some sound effects, and somehow get the "fire" to shimmer, and that would be over the top.
