Since it is the season for it I figured I would try my hand at a little pumpkin carving. The first one I tried was of course the Fett man...needless to say it was an epic failure. I won't even show pics of it it was so bad. But I found a place that had patterns for all kinds of cool stuff and my friend was a member there so I got the patterns for free. After a quick trip to Target who had pumpkins on sale for $3.50 each, I was off. Here are pics of the first three I did today, there is one more I am going to do tomorrow.

Here they are in the order I carved them.

Jason from Friday the 13th.

The last one I am doing is Freddy Krueger from A Nightmare on Elm St.

Here are some I did last year. I didn't get a chance to do any this year. :( I used "funkins" so I could keep them. I did a Vader and Yoda too but I cant find pics of them. My dad is a huge John Wayne fan so I did that one for him.

That is soo cool! I never quite understood how awesome carvings like that were made. So sweet. I love the Halloween spirit! :D

Here is the Fred, as well as some better pics of the others. The pics above I was using little LED lights to light them, these pics are with a real candle major improvment.
