Your costume is so good Its the best Iron Man costume I ever seen. You Made me Want to make One of my own. So I started to make a War Machine Costume. My goal Is to make something Just as cool as yours.

It might not be as good as yours but this is what I have so far. Its about 30%done.

Hehe Wow... That was cool. Its something like that we intended to do for our armor parts. We are making interchagable parts and upgrade parts to the existing armor. but only for the TMP Iron Man owners.

The HUGE gun fits your body. I wont make it THAT big.. But **** it looks SWEET!!

    Keep up the good work.

the eyes.... Well the thing was that we painted the inside of the eye sockets black. Also we made them to deep.
It made the eyes to dark and went against its attention. Also the angle of the eyes and the shape made it so that the eyes did not show that well. Next step is to light the eyes and the feet up. But we wont do that mistake again. Looked good on the helmet but not in photos.
Here are some photos from the promo.

    FINISHED 2009 GEN.3 Armor.

The sculpting is finally done and we made all of the wearable part into a dynamic pose statue.

Here are photos of us building it..

Here are the photos of the statue.

The movement the statue can do can be done in the costume as well. The costume is even more able to move than even before. Now it can bend the legs in 90 degrees. I also belive the pose of him hitting the floor can be done with the full setup.

We are planning a new dynamic statue were he fights another carracter but we likley add FX helmet visor to open to reveal the face of Iron Man as well as the gauntlet opening to reveal misiles and laser pointers that can also be integrated into the wearable armor.

We made a correction to the size range. It is now from 5.11-6.4 tall and not 5.8-6.3 as before. Waistsize is arround 38 inches with clean seamlines. It can go up to 40 inch waistline but then with some modifications. Ideal is 33-36 inch waistline, if thinner no problem as the new armor covers even more than ever before on the joints. This is to keep the proportions to the design.

The crotch and upper legs joints now got two oversliding discs that moves once the legs are turned into a 90degree angle. When leg is normal they slide back covering the area.

Based on the wearable armor parts we fixed them into a statue in a dynamic phose

Dificult[/URL] to take photos that justify the finish ;D Still some wirewool work to do. The center got a ABS plate to cover it. The Disc inside is there so it is possible to drill holes for possible LED lights. But also the center can be drilled out.

It has been a long hard road to come to this end...

Allot of time, effort, sweat, tears, frustration and joyfull times... I want to thank you all who have watched this tread and want to honor you for this ressult as well... It is nothing strange about it... It is due to your efforts that we strived so hard to achive the ressult you se here today. I wish to thank everyone who has partisipated with praises, constructive critic and coments, its due to this we have worked even harder.

Our work on this has been nothing we have experienced before... Its been many times we said NO MORE... But you keept us going... The thing we are proud of is that we have learned during the progress.. We have improved our own skills in the trade... We have endoured the frustrations... But most of all... We made this our self by vissual reffrence only... NO 3D, pepakura or the worst of all kind Recasting.

    We are are now proud...
Once i was a kid that dreamed about Iron Man... Now i am a man.. And I can be IRONMAN..

Thanks to the supporters, The Concept designers Adi Granov and Phill Saunders for inspireing us to make this. A big thanks to Jon Favreau and Robert Downey JR for vissualizing Iron Man on screen and even more inspireing us to make it. And Honor to Stan Winston Studios for their hard work on their suit. And to Disney Congratulations with the Marvel Universe... I hope to se allot more fantastic movies in near future.

    Best regards
    TMP

Here are some more photos of the Final version......
