Ideas for a Jetpackless Boba

I've been working on my ROTJ Boba for a little while now and will be entering it in my school's Halloween costume contest. That bring said I wanted to add a small sign to hang around my neck that explains why there is no jetpack. I was thinking something like "lost jetpack while in Sarlaac Pit".

Does anyone have any other ideas?

Is it just because it won't be done in time?

I wouldn't worry about explaining such things - the sign will take away from the overall costume. Just rock Boba with no jetpack

Agree with ol DP.... Get to the jetpack when and if you can in the future. If you can rock the rest of it, why hold back!

Yeah, wouldn't go with a sign.
If anyone asks why you don't have a jetpack, just say it's in for repairs.

I was in the same bind as you with not having the jetpack finished in time lol. I even thought of the whole sign on the back thing as well. "In the shop or Sarlacc stole my jetpack" hah. I say rock the jetpackless Boba you got. Surprisingly, nobody asked about it and I had just as much fun. And the greatest part is you're going to have a much lighter, bump free, worry free, overall more comfortable experience without it.

Yeah don't worry about the sign. I never had anyone ask about my lack of jetpack.
