I doubt you are finding templates, buddy. Good luck though, should be interesting build.
yes i agree, i have seen no plans. screen shots and flikr photos are your reference.

Can anyone scan an action figure and put it into a 3d program? It would help in the fabrication process.

Wow tinnies! That would be the coolest thing if you guys could pull that off.
Taking measurements off of a good 3d model and rescaling would be a great way to go if you could get a hold of one.
