There isn't a whole lot out there as far as 1:1 scale. I've looked all over. I've found quite a few scale models though. They're on most pepakura sites.
well i need a custom helmet done, its for the warhammer ork costume im making, if anyone can make me a model for pepakura id be in your debt...if you can and will help me ill send you the pic of the helmet i need
If you want to see some more of his work just look around the board here. He goes by Skupilkinson. Do a search for his posts.
It's pay only? even for the finished stuff?
well that's unfortunate
Skip has a 50% off sale on at the moment.
His stuff is VERY high quality and simple to build IMHO! I think its well worth the price. So much so that I commissioned something from him. Thing with commissions is each part is different so price depends on complexity. In respect to Skip I wont mention prices but let me tell you it was VERY reasonable and much less than the price of a cast helmet or such.
He can do it, I cant, I want it so Im very happy to pay for his timeYou can also commission a one off so you'll have a unique build all to yourself!

He started charging a small fee because some folks were ripping off his work and selling it as their own. I've been playing around making 2D images into 3D stuff lately and I have to say, for what is put into it, his prices are very fair. I actually saw one somewhere, of a stormie bucket, that the designer was charging fifty bucks for the file.
Skip is very good at what he does, his work is very accurate. I found him to be honest and realiable, as I have comissioned him several times and will continue to do so.
Very reasonable prices considering the amount of work he is putting in to each project. If anyone has questions regarding this please do not hesitate to PM me.
The good thing about papercraft, or pepakura in this case, is that it can be scaled up. Sharpness or detail will not matter, as you're adding to that when you bondo and finish the helmet.
In this case, if you found any sort of papercraft, you could blow up the pieces on a photocopier, or project them with an overhead projector and then trace the pieces onto your chosen material in order to make a scaled up final product... Lemme find this one site where they did that. I'll link it when I find it again.
