Thats not true, someone here on TDH many years ago was talking about their cousin or nephew or something being like 12 or so, who didn't know Vader was Luke's father, and they were trying to decide how to show them the SW movies. The kid lived a sheltered life I guess.

I agree with CombatBaby. If I have kids to show the movie to, A New Hope will be first.

Yeah, me to. But as long as he's as young as my kid, I might as well show him TPH backwards, in arabic, it wouldn't matter as he only wants to see the big fish outside gungan city

Come his 3 year birthday, or there abouts, he might get something out of the "real" SW-movies. It's all about the images for a kid that doesn't understand english for at least 3-4 years still you know. I was just happy he asked to watch Star Wars in the first place.

Of coarse I wouldnt show them until they were a bit older. I agree, showing it to a 3 year old makes no difference.

we are not even talking about the vader mask theory anymore, Sorry. I still think they planned it out like that as a subliminal preview. The imagery when he first dawns the mask is too similar to be an accident, IMO.

i never noticed. but then again, i only really watch the huge Maul duel @ the end. do your ad'ika right: start him off @ ep 3. or the clone wars (Hey I thought it wasn't THAT bad: My 2 y/o LOVES it. and it CAN't Possibly be worse than TPM)

I´m currently watching Clone Wars myself. I kinda like it, so I´m gonna put him through that story in a while
