how is the Cucblack(e-bay) flight suit?

Ive seen this guys stuff around and have heard average reviews of his stuff. Nothing great,but nothing too bad,aside from slight inaccuracies. Has anyone used his Fett flightsuits? It looks pretty accurate to me,but im not an expert on the flightsuit yet haha. I remember reading a review of a sellers suit from e-bay but not sure if it was Cucblacks. I remember it saying it was decent, but the thigh pockets had to be moved up or down,i forget heh, was that this sellers?

Just wondering what my options are for the flightsuit. thanks in advance for any assistance. One thing i do know is to stay away from star fortress! ha!

Not sure about cucblack flightsuits... unless it is a known vendor from TDH, sometimes eBay is not a reliable source. I know LadySewForUS does wonderful work, all of my soft goods were done by her. There are other vendors as well and I am sure others will chime in and give some more input. Sorry I don't know more about cucblack flightsuits bro

He is a known recaster. The Stormtrooper helmets he sells is a T*E recast. On the flipside, his quality is apparently good. Kind of a double-edged sword.....I guess you'd call him a "reputable recaster". Quite the dichotomy....

Not to side with someone who MAY be a re-caster, but his Stormtrooper helmet is DEF not a recast, at least not of a T*E. There are quite a few inaccuracies about this bucket to be sure its not a TE recast. One of my garrison mates owned this bucket. Im a member of the FISD,and did quite a bit of bucket research before i completed my TK, and am also an elite TK, As far as every helmet ive seen, this one looks to be an original sculpt,as it has no attributes to any bucket ive seen. As for his Bikerscout helmet...not too sure heh.

Thanks for the info though. Ive heardfrom the BSN peeps that the quality was good aswell, but his biker flight suit has alot of inaccuracies, just wantedto see what thoughts wereon his fett flightsuit.

he has **** good quality-suits! If I am right (not too sure) FP has one of his suits too.

hey man - abt the TK it was Chris from EMpire City Garrison who got one (CureMode on F ISD)

this was from his post on FISD '......its idealized not wonky, and the guys here identified mine as a possible RT-Mod 2 recast'

also poor paitn job IIRC

Yup it was Chris.... im not knockin what the other guys told him,they may be right, but i dont think its a rt-mod recast either, unless he (cuckblack) modified it...or maybe a much older RT-mod? Not sure....But Chris had asked me about it before he bought it and i thought it looked wonky right off the bat...

Heres a pic of myself and Chris. I am on the left, i have full AP armor/bucket. Chris is on the right with FX armor and cucblack bucket. So who knows lol

...then less than a couple of months later he got a new accurate bucket.heh

but anyways,again thanks yet again for the info...ill contact lonestar and see how his pricing is

Hope i didnt seem defensive bro, just statingmy opinion as well on his stuff.

but yea,i didnt like the lid in the first place and i think after a shorttime he realized it didnt look right as well.

He ended up getting a bucket from Tray from Carida.

If you are going to get something off ebay (I highly recommend you get something from here) but if you do, definitely get a Evolution Toys suit from Gabriel he is a member here and is more then willing to work with you. :cheers

Of course i will definately go through members here first,i just happened across this while bordom set in and i was searching "boba fett" on e-bay..ha..so i was just curious as it didnt look that bad too me...and i came here first to ask!

I had actually gotten a Vader cape set from him (evolution toy) and he was very accommodating, and i was very happy with it!

cucblack and evolution are the only ones I would buy from if your on a budget. but remember. both are overseas. both are a little off on accuracies. But both ARE very well priced!! But I went with Ladysewforus and I am glad I did!! very well priced and stateside...top notch all around!!!

thanks Vadr_h8r ...Ladysewforus is on top of my list of the people to contact for the flight suit and vest. Once i have money set aside for that, i will start contacting people. Right now im gathering funds for MOW 09 ESB gauntlets!

I got a vest from him and it worked out awsome. the colors maybe off in stuff, thats the only real thing i can say.
