Do a search, there are a couple of threads on this with different attachment methods.
daz bolt is the best imo . search it . ;)
Which is the easiest/ most effective?
Bolt on is the most effective I think (and use)... the only problem you might have is trying to epoxy bolts onto the plastic from trashcan armor. Some plastics may not take some glues too well. You just have to experiment.
Industrial strength velcro.
I agree, i'm using velcro and its held up pretty well so far
My braids always caught on the velcro... ruined numerous sets that way.
I used screw to attach my ammo, you just need to be very precise, and you wil have a ammo very resistant, check my album: Premiere of my Jango Fett costume......... in my account and see the results:
