Hey Taco just found this thread. So I am trying to get the money back but I have two options (though I may be doing this wrong). item dispute or unauthorized transaction. Which one should I put. would item dispute work? I don't want it to look bad for you...I want it to look bad for PP. Let me know and glad if I can help in any way!
 
Yeah, my only concern here is that if there is a flood of item disputes or unauthorized charges all stemming from your transactions, they may try to come after you for more money. How did they simply take the $1300 back from you in the first place? Can you contact your bank and call that an unauthorized transaction?
 
Just do item dispute, they can't refuse to do that. The email that I got from paypal said if I need to refund any buyers that I should let them know to do a refund request. I don't care about how it makes me looks to them. They will not keep my funds just because they feel like they can. So please everyone, request a refund. I don't want all the work I did to be for nothing. Its kinda rough since I don't work at tandys anymore. funds have been getting tight.

* it is a unauthorized transaction but they were all paypal funds. I don't think my bank has anything to do with that.
 
Ok hold on guys, we might have a solution. Attorney Gen Office called paypal this morning. On the phone with them, might be getting account opened and money back. Sorry for the confusions.
 
Um, yeah, I uh ordered a jet pack harness, two ammo belts (1 ESB and 1 ROTJ) and a western belt with holster and...............do you make any other leather parts cause I think I ordered one of each of those too? :lol:

its ok, request refunds as you were, paypal can't open my account but created me a new one. Which I will use to collect all payments and then close out.
 
Just to be clear...we are to request refunds under item dispute, correct? Please PM me on how to pay for this harness as I still need it if you have one available.
