This piece is as rare as any Boba Fett collectible to have ever hit retail.
Check out the absurdly inaccurate packaging text: "This band of evil enforcers try to crush the rebellion against the Galactic Empire."
As if Boba Fett would band together with Snaggletooth and a Tusken Raider to crush an eggshell, much less the Rebellion...
