First Testfit

Hey brothers,

just wanted to show you my first testfit.

Many small things to be updated soon:

- Knees (have to be painted)
- Wookie braids (forgotten to put on for the shooting)
- flamethrower (in airbrush-progress right now)
- gauntlet hose is still missing
- chest lights (will be inserted next days)
- pouches and pockets need to be stuffed with foam
- blaster missing (still waiting for rimshot to send it :facepalm)
- girth belt needs to be dyed correctly
- ammo belt will be changed soon (greetings to my friend FettDad! )
- boots (need to be weathered)
- vest (needs to be weathered)
- sidearm and holster (still need to buy them )

Last but not least I think of re-painting my armor because I think it went a tick to dark green for ESB. Same for my right shoulder bell, I think it´s a bit too orange. What do you guys say?

- Temporary Ammo belt (by Evolution ... too inaccurate, so I change it to a 99centTaco belt soon!)
- Boots (Evolution - Not able to get CABoots at the moment ... but they are good, nice to walk in them)
- Blaster (Stormrider ESB Blaster from rimshot ... not here until today)
- Gloves (Evolution - haven´t found some originals yet ... but Evos are great to wear)

Man, thats looking great! You are putting together a great costume The only thing I'd say is I think the flightsuit needs to be a little more bluish/grey. Looking great so far!

it looks like the correct color for the suit is there, it's just over weathered. Other then that it looks great so far. The helmet looks great, did TF paint it as well or just make it?

What about the armor - isn´t it a bit too dark for ESB?

Looks pretty good other than the jumpsuit should be more bluish, as said. As is, it looks closer to ROTJ, but even as an ROTJ, the weathering looks too heavy. Nice bucket.

I have never heard of anyone saying their jumpsuit s too weathered but holy moly I think they are right! If you tone down the weathering it should bring out the blue a little more very nice though :cheers:cheers

Like the others have said, it looks really great, just that the flightsuit is too dusty colored, hiding the sky blue. I think once that changes, it will make your armor color look a bit different in comparison.

I would maybe dirty the cape a bit, so that it looks weatherd in photos. In reference pics, the ESB cape looks waaay too clean for my taste, I could never figure out why he's so dirty with a cape that looks just laundered ! I took a bit of artistic license with mine. Like most everyone here, I strive for accuracy, but I like to experiment a bit.

When I got my previously owned cape, it was weathered a bit, but I went a bit more crazy with it, but I like it that way, it will look good in pics.
