Fett Fake on cosplay.com with TDH Members' Pics

I got a message from this individual on cosplay.com, who's member name is "Boba Fett". His public profile can be viewed here:

http://www.cosplay.com/member/73846/

I noticed that in the gallery of pics of "his" Fett costume, not only does he present pics of many different variations of Fett, but has pics of known TDH members. I tried to pm him through the site but his pms are inactive, go figure.

Not gonna make a federal case out of this but I thought I'd point it out. I know how much blood, sweat, tears, time and money goes into a Fett costume and didn't appreciate this kid trying to pass off TDH members' costumes as his own. Just thought I'd share. Don't ever say Jodo didn't do anything nice for Fett. ;)

I know one of the guys that takes pictures and helps run this site! "EuroBeat King" You might want to contact him and let him know what's going on.

Hope the info helps!

 that is actually quite funny. the Fetts in the photos are actually different sizes, how does this guy alter his frame size so much :confused

what a loser :facepalm

I’m just glancing at some of these photos and have already picked out three of our own, it’s almost funny how blatantly inconsistent “his” Fett photos are, one minute he’s ESB then reverts into an ROTJ then morphs into a SE, just pick one and stick with it!

Photo plagiarism is nothing new to this crowd and the boys here have learned to roll with it and aren’t stressing over dweebs like this guy.

Calling him out on one in particular, and if hotlinking is disallowed, then please remove the link, mods:

He's using a photo of the life-size Don Post statue, claiming it is him. I couldn't find the exact shot online, though I know that that IS a publicity shot for the sale of the replicas. What a jerk.

Is this a toy advertisement?! It looks like an action figure for pete's sake!

Apparently this is his other account, as his first one got locked or something... http://www.cosplay.com/photo/1446760/

He blames his account being locked on Eurobeat King. Who is one of the owner/operators.

I reported his costume to Cosplay.Com and made accurate reasons why this guy is a thief and a liar; those of you who have your costume up as his on there, please do the same. This is not the type of person who should be getting credit for things he didn't do. This is the type of person who gives Cosplay.Com a bad name.

You gotta love the TK409 background :rolleyes If someone is going through this much trouble to act like this is his costume, he should use one picture only. And not have a picture with his helmet off

I don't want this to turn into something it shouldn't, but here is a picture of him dressed as Solid Snake from MGS. He is standing next to someone else dressed as Boba Fett.

Just so you guys know, he spent over $200 on "his" Boba Fett.

"sometimes quality isnt cheap."

I can't believe that, what an idiot. I know EXACTLY who's in a bunch of those shots. That's Darryl(TK-2177), from Garrison Carida. Darryl's suit is PERFECT and i'm actually insulted for him that someone's taking credit for HIS suit!! I'll let him know.

For a second I thought one of the pics looked like mine. But than I noticed one or 2 things that were diff than mine. Still, this guy needs to be stopped!

Wow. Thanks for pointing this out guys. I have posted comments on the images of my suit to clarify. I really don't mind if someone uses photos of my suit, but to say it is THEM and that THEY built??!! Wow! :rolleyes
Actually, I had to chuckle at the "$200.00" line!

Don'tcha just LOVE how people try to claim your hard work. Makes you wanna do house-calls huh?
