Cancer scene?

The premise of the movie is that a group of friends make a pact to get an early copy of Ep I from Skywalker Ranch so that their friend who has cancer will have a chance to see the movie with them.

One of the recent versions of the films omitted the cancer piece of the plot, so that basically left the movie with a group of people out to steal a copy of the movie for no good reason.

After speaking with the writer yesterday, I can tell you this.

1. March release scheduled, 2nd week of April at the latest.

2. Cancer "plot" WILL be included, LFL will not sign off on it any other way.

I tell ya, if they would have changed the plot to yet another lame "buddy, buddy" movie, I may not have seen it in theaters.

Good news! I've been hearing/reading about this film for quite a while. Really glad LFL is backing that aspect of the story.
Can't wait to see it!
