Lou, I have a 3d printer and I can help on that front (I'm not good at 3d modeling though). If you have printable models, send them to me and I will try them out.

As you know I've been watching your threads and keeping up with what's been going on when you drop updates. Now I haven't been on the forum long and in fact for quite a while I didn't even know you were unemployed until you told me in one of our conversations. I was pretty surprised that someone as nice and talented as you are was out of a job so when I saw your updates about having an interview I thought it was extremely well deserved. I know that its been an interesting time doing all the casting and just trying to stay afloat with work from here. So it was good to see that you were getting back on your feet and moving forward. I can honestly say that I'm excited for you and that I have no doubt you'll do well. I know that I will be giving you my business in the future with fett products for certain. I wish I had more to offer than my business and my best wishes but I know you'll make this work and I know you'll enjoy it. Again I'm really glad to hear it Lou and I hope it goes great.

Dude you got this! Been saying it for years already, way too talented! All your passion just needs to catch spark! It'd be a dream job to work in a prop shop one day owned by Lou!

i wish you all the luck in your decision to do your own thing on your own terms!! I just made the same move 2 months ago as well. just got tired of working hard for some one else and at the end of every day....already dreading the next !! I know you have been in the prop making for a while but i have a couple of great suppliers for plastic & acrylics i would be happy to pass on the info/contacts if interested. If you have a local Makers Fair near you those are great for show casing your products!

Mate, I'll add a paint commission to the jetpack I ordered. Almost none of the people I know with businesses have failed... Your point-of-sale is through the Internet of things. I expect that's a little different due to the number of potential clients you have access. It's not a corner-shop burger joint or hair stylist... Do you have an etsy page yet?

I think you'll do great Lou. I wish you were to the point of offering some gaunts (ESB). Money is very tight on me right now, I lost my job of ten years last year and had to get a new one and now I make about a 1/3 of what I used to. Same bills, less pay! But I could use a set of ESB stencils!!! LOL

Either way, I'm rooting for you. I can't offer much help, but I have designed a few websites and I'm a pretty decent photographer with pro gear. Let me know if I can do anything to help.
