does anyone still play star wars galaxies?

back when i used to play i was an imperial pilot ace, and i remember the jacket you got from the quest was super cool. i was wondering if anyone if anyone still played, and they had the imp ace jacket if they could take some hi-rez screen shots of the jacket in the item description window and also wearing it on their avatar. a complete turnaround of shots would be ideal.

I hope to get it too and make time to play. When it does come out the TDH'ers should try to form some kind of gamer group. (if that can be done)

Wow...not played that game in AGES! I had a nasty Combat Medic and a BH, and I unlocked Jedi back when it took some effort and luck. Then after the "Combat Upgrade", my guild and I slowly stopped playing altogether. Too bad that original SWG emulator never really got finished....

The Old Republic is tentative for release in the last part of 2011. I think it's shaping up nicely, would just like some more info on pvp.

I still play, if this was the game that launched when it first came out it would have killed WOW. So many people seem to think of the glory days. In reality the game was so buggy back then how could we have possibly thought it was so great. With the Collection system, the Gunships in space. Chronicles loot. Plus the current revamping of the Night Sister theme park its a fun game.

So is it good? Ive never partook in it...I pretty much play Halo and not much else loved KTOR 1 and 2 and any other SW game...tried playing republic commando on my PC but it doesnt agree with vista dont know about 7 now but i doubt it

that's all well and good guys, but does anyone have, or can they get, the pictures i'm looking for?

(and just in case anyone is interested, i plan on starting a republic side guild with a friend of mine that'll be open to my TDH brothers and sisters)

Fun while it lasted. I have some screens somewhere that prove I spent way too much time playing it (Force Ghost with full Mandalorian Armor and Jetpack! ). Finally just set up a museum on the Lake Retreat Island and let it fade away.

Anyone here know if Old Replublic is Mac bound? Yes I know... I know... no more mac vs pc arguements.

I bought a new machine for it last year, but it got pushed back... By the time it actually comes out, I'm gonna need another new one... lol...

If you still play, join MASC guild on Starsider MASC It's the oldest Imperial guild still running (2003). We started on Bloodfin. Been a fun few years. I haven't been active in a while but we recently had a resurrection in anticipation of TOR.

Play SWG? no, not since the betrayal.
Waiting on ToR, but don't have high hopes for it as anything but a single player game played with others.

I was an Imperial Pilot too! I played since launch and when JTL came out forget it...I was lost to the stars. I was an RGI pilot (Royal Guard Interceptor) and I was the most feared Imperial PVP pilot on my server (Shadowfire). I blew up my PC and ended up getting a Mac so I haven't played in over a year however, the wife got a new laptop recently so I'm trying to con her into letting me jump back online. I expect to get back online sometime after the holidays and soon as I do I'll get you some pictures. I was planning on doing a massive in game "photoshoot" anyway.

I love that game and I love space PVP but because so many people have left I find little joy in shooting down the same 10 people day after day. /shrug

that would be awesome! i loved my RGI too, but my workhorse was the grevious fighter. if i did ever go back to it, i'd be spending all my time in space again, probably on my deci though.

YEs the Deci is a wicked ship. And the Bel is great too! With a lvl 2 or 4 booster it looks like it has chrome pipes on it. It's the hot rod of the galaxy! For my neutral toon I always went with the Vaksai. That thing is a beast. Mine is loaded out with a lvl 10 weapon, lvl10, shield, lvl10 engine, lvl8 cap, and lvl8 armor.....a beast. **** it I want to log in and play now! lol

I used to play this one. I got my Medic/Beast master all the way up to level 90. I joined right after the NGE was implemented, but It was still probably my favorite MMO I've played; and the only one I've maxed out my level on.

Also, Space Combat was amazing.

Hello, I still play... I'm on Europe-Farstar. I have 3 accounts, 7yr, 4yr & 3yr accounts.
My main is ofc a Elder Jedi with a trader & entertainer (all Imperial), next account has a BH (Imperial)& Commando (Rebel) with Mandalorien armour each although in total I have 5 sets hehe, last account I have they're a medic & officer both rebel.
SWG is closing down for good December 15th, sad to see it go especially after all these years developing my toons & such.
5 of my toons are aces but sorry to say none are Imperial aces although I'd be able to ask my guildys KRAM if they could do the photos for you, let me know.
