A couple questions for R2 owners...

If there are any members that have an R2 unit could help me out, I am trying to find out what the main body height and circumference is and also how tall, wide, and thick the legs are supposed to be not counting the foot.

Well, I need it for running a cnc router at work so I'd like true dimentions so I can have a set of body skins run. I want to know what size cylinder I need to find for wrapping them around.
I'm not going to have any doors open and my buddy is drawing the files.

Definitely check out http://www.astromech.net first. There you will find all the links you need and most of your questions answered.

It sounds like you have access to some great tools, but you might want to read more before you develop your build strategy. People have largely moved away from cylinders and instead built frames that their skins attach too. There are plenty of designs out there that you can research and then build (especially with the CNC router).
