When I was in school we had bags of milk. Little clear plastic bags kinda like a baggie, anyone else have that?

    Re: Couldn't do it in elementary...still can't

I wonder if they switched to the bags because it was cheaper to package or because too many kids could not get the darn things open. Once in middle school, a girl I had a crush on sat next to me in breakfast, she asked me to open her juice, which was a slightly smaller carton, I quickly got nervous, but didn't want to look like a loser and say I can't. So I was determined to open it and look like a hero. (I was a six grader, give me break) All I can tell you, is that her white blouse was no longer white. And I avoided passing her in the hallways for the rest of the week.

I never bothered with the straws. I just sipped it straight from the carton.

What you do is make a hole on the bottom, drink the milk and put it back on the table. When someone comes by and grabs it they get a surprise! Classic

They switched us to bags of milk in high school. We always joked and called them inplants. It took some getting used to to not stick the staw all the way through both sides.

Everyday there would be milk on the tables because of those stupid bags. It's like no matter how you did it milk would shoot out some how. And then all hell breaks loose when you accidently remove your straw from the bag.

man i'm too old to remember the implants, but my son's get to squeeze 'em

I just stabbed the straw into the side of the cartons, then when i was done, i folded the top down and stomped on them to pop 'em (childish but fun)

When I was in elementary school we used to open it all the way up and fold in, so it was just like a square cardboard cup. We called them Jimmy's Coffee Cups, after our awesome janitor (imagine the janitor from scrubs, but older). We got in trouble for some reason from our principle for "demeaning" him, but Jimmy told us that he secretly appreciated our tribute, and from then on he actually used those for his coffee

    Ahh, the memories.

We had a janitor that was very similiar Yea those are the memories that remind me a of a much better time, what little stress there was back then. High school was another story though.

He ripped off the part that said "DUH, Follow the arrows."

I forgot all about milk cartons. I remember one time at lunch some kid was eating a cheese burger, and drinking chocolate milk.....He sneezed. And it was realy disgusting. I won't go into detail (I want to realy bad. ), but I was realy glad I was setting down, instead of across from him.
